Mindfulness takes practice.

We practice paying attention.

We practice on purpose.

We practice being in the present moment.

We practice without judgment.

Mindfulness happens when we set a firm intention, when we act on principle.

Mindfulness occurs in the present moment when we accept our thoughts and feelings.

Mindfulness has no destination; we are not going anywhere. The practice is staying fully present in our stillness. Fully present in the moment. Fully present right here, right now.
