What You Need to Know!
· The iMeditate sessions feature many meditation styles and topics.
· For new meditators, iMeditate sessions provide a solid foundation for a consistent daily practice.
· For experienced meditators, iMeditate sessions expand their existing repertoire of meditation techniques and practices. Adding an auxiliary practice such as journaling or visioning to a current meditation practice expands the possibilities for spiritual growth to a new level.
· Using a guided format, these classes focus on a single topic with instruction as needed.
· Each class begins with recording three intention statements: 1) an “I AM” statement, 2) a statement of Heart’s Desire, and 3) a statement of feeling.
· Each class ends with recording three gratitudes: 1) for a person you love, 2) for a thing that makes your life better, and 3) a person, place, thing, book, song, or idea for which you are grateful.
· The sessions start promptly with a discussion of posture and an overview of the session’s practice.
